evoFit Sales Program

Concept.

A customer-centric, sales and training program to standardize the way evo retail stores fit and sell ski boots. We designed the program to instill confidence in the consumer buying process by de-risking the purchase with a guaranteed fit. Simultaneously, the program provided the flexibility for each bootfitter to sell within their comfort level, regardless of experience.
